Only to provide the service: matching a route, booking, staying in touch with you and the guide, and resolving disputes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
To the guide leading your tour: your name, who is coming and a contact for the day itself. To the payment provider: the data needed for the transaction. To no one else.
Booking data: 24 months after the tour (tax accounting requirements). Messenger conversations: 12 months. Anonymised statistics: indefinitely.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, restrict its processing or have it erased — write to kidster.tours@gmail.com. We are registered in the EU and work under the GDPR; you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
